Senior Business Systems Analyst, Partner Systems – Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of intricate, cross-functional automation and systems initiatives within HubSpot's Solutions Partner program.

• Detect inefficiencies and root issues in the workflows of partner operations.

• Conceptualize, create, test, and deliver solutions.

• Develop and sustain integrations, automations, and data pipelines utilizing Workato and HubSpot CRM.

• Create prototypes of AI-enhanced workflows and automation agents, refining them based on usage analytics.

• Identify problems, assess impact, suggest appropriately scaled solutions, and prototype when necessary.

• Collaborate with Partner Operations, Partner Product, Engineering, Finance, and Analytics teams.

• Constructively challenge requests that do not merit the investment.

• Operate across various partner program domains.

• Contribute to technical standards and disseminate knowledge gained.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of practical experience in building and deploying production systems.

• Proficient in SQL, REST APIs, Python, and JSON.

• Practical experience with iPaaS solutions such as Workato, Zapier, Boomi, or equivalent.

• Expertise in constructing and maintaining multi-step automations and integrations across complex systems.

• Familiarity with version control, incremental rollouts, and fundamental testing methodologies.

• Experience in launching an AI-driven feature or automation utilized by actual users, or a solid production background with a keen interest in leveraging AI for operational workflows.

• Capability to navigate ambiguous environments and redefine problems before constructing solutions.

• Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups and achieving alignment without formal authority.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong sense of ownership over systems and their outcomes.
