Senior Business Systems Analyst, GTM Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the Customer Success technology platform, focusing on its configuration, automation, integrations, and data management.

• Oversee platform operations from initial requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing maintenance.

• Collaborate with GTM teams to establish AI strategies and drive their implementation.

• Leverage Claude, AI agents, and other tools to innovate workflows.

• Identify areas of friction within GTM team processes and convert insights into actionable requirements.

• Design scalable solutions while considering both upstream and downstream effects.

• Link technology implementations to business results and assess their impact.

• Contribute to an AI-first operational framework through documentation, analysis, testing, and solution design.

• Ensure platform stability, data integrity, security, integrations, and responsiveness for end-users.

• Work collaboratively across different time zones and travel as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business systems, Customer Success operations, or GTM technology positions.

• Proven experience managing Customer Success technologies comprehensively, including configuration, workflows, objects, integrations, and data.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, and enterprise reporting tools.

• Admin-level knowledge of Salesforce or Gainsight.

• Experience collaborating with GTM teams on AI strategy and execution.

• Strong systems-oriented mindset with an ability to create scalable solutions.

• Capability to simplify technical complexities for executive audiences.

• Skills in data extraction, validation, and interpretation.

• Comfort in dealing with ambiguity.

• Experience with iPaaS platforms like MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, or similar is highly advantageous.

• Knowledge of marketing automation, CS platforms, PSA, support tools, and Salesforce integrations.

• An AI-first mindset with regular usage or experimentation with AI tools.

• Ability to collaborate across various time zones.
