IT Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end requests, from requirements analysis to production release.

• Conduct organizational and functional analyses.

• Interface with business stakeholders, technical teams, and international contacts.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional and organizational specifications.

• Manage complex IT projects with Project Management responsibilities.

• Monitor progress, timelines, scope, and quality of projects.

• Convert technical content into clear and comprehensible communications for non-technical stakeholders.

• Work on a banking project while maintaining a holistic view.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst in structured IT environments.

• Proven experience in managing complex IT projects with Project Management responsibilities.

• Experience in the banking sector.

• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Capability to translate business needs into functional and organizational specifications.

• Experience in end-to-end request management, from analysis to production release.

• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies.

• Ability to monitor progress, timelines, scope, and quality of projects.

• Basic knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL and database querying skills.

• Excellent communication skills with business stakeholders, technical teams, and international contacts.

• Ability to translate technical content into clear and understandable communications for non-technical stakeholders.

• Good command of the English language (B2).

• Degree in technical or scientific disciplines.

• Familiarity with project management and monitoring tools.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
