This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate ongoing improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
• Work alongside business managers and decision-makers through interviews, observations, and structured working sessions to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements.
• Engage in strategic discussions to assess, analyze, and recommend business solutions.
• Conduct program audits, perform root cause analysis, gap analysis, and process mapping.
• Execute cost-benefit analysis projects to uncover potential cost-saving measures.
• Supervise the assessment of business requirements for new technologies and systems.
• Convince internal and external stakeholders of the advantages of new technologies or strategies.
• Utilize problem-solving methodologies to assist management teams in applying solutions.
• Develop and optimize best practices while ensuring that policies, processes, and procedures are current and aligned.
• Track task completions and project schedules.
• Support executives in documenting and disseminating program performance.
• Perform risk assessments related to company processes and activities.
• Collaborate with departmental teams to enhance operations, streamline processes, and create implementation strategies.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, change management, project management, or a related area OR a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related domain.
• 2-3 years of experience as a business analyst, technical writer, project manager, or in a similar field.
• Outstanding analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Capacity to influence stakeholders, engage in active listening, and collaborate with program owners to create suitable solutions.
• Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficient documentation and technical writing capabilities.
• Experience in producing detailed reports and delivering presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook; Visio experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of technology and its application in process improvement and problem resolution.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Preferred prior experience with government contracts.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
• Favorable credit check for all cleared roles.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screening.
• May be required to meet program-specific criteria such as DOT exam, vaccinations, CPR, or flu shot.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Willingness to travel 10%–20% of the time.
• Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to write, type, and utilize a telephone system consistently.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
