Trainee Business Analyst – Quality & Process

📋 Description

• Gain insights into business processes and contribute to their enhancement with guidance from seasoned mentors.

• Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and business requirements.

• Support initiatives related to quality, information security, business continuity, and risk management.

• Aid in identifying potential risks and areas for improvement.

• Engage in internal audits and compliance assessments.

• Help in the preparation of reports, presentations, and process documentation.

• Collaborate with various teams to gather information and assist in improvement projects.

• Understand how ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301 are implemented in a real IT environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Business, IT, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Interest in business processes, quality assurance, security, or risk management.

• Ability to organize information and produce clear documentation.

• Effective communication skills and a readiness to learn.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Familiarity with BPMN, UML, or other process modeling tools is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of ISO standards, quality management, or information security is advantageous.

• Interest in auditing, compliance, or continuous improvement is desirable.
