Senior Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +40 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the design, enhancement, and scalability of business systems and operational workflows.

• Convert strategic goals into scalable solutions utilizing Salesforce, HubSpot, and the wider technology ecosystem.

• Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator on declarative platform modifications.

• Work with engineering and QA teams on custom development and Salesforce-HubSpot integration projects.

• Engage with stakeholders to comprehend business goals, operational hurdles, and system requirements.

• Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and process evaluations.

• Collect, document, and validate business needs.

• Convert requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria.

• Evaluate current processes and propose scalable enhancements.

• Design solution architectures, future-state process flows, object models, data structures, automation strategies, and integration prerequisites.

• Analyze the effects of changes on processes, integrations, data, reporting, and user experience.

• Manage initiatives through planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, release validation, and change management.

• Assist with project planning, risk assessment, dependency management, user acceptance testing, and release validation.

• Define business metrics and reporting needs in collaboration with data teams.

• Ensure data quality and integrity standards for system modifications.

• Set documentation standards and engage in solution governance.

• Spot opportunities to enhance operational maturity, efficiency, automation, and AI-driven GTM performance.

• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, or a similar position.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions within Salesforce and HubSpot, including creating and maintaining integrations between both platforms.

• Expertise in business process analysis and design.

• Experience working in a shared delivery framework, collaborating with a dedicated platform administrator and/or engineering team rather than overseeing the entire build process.

• Proficient in gathering and documenting complex business requirements.

• Skilled in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

• Solid understanding of system integrations, data management, and process automation.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with executives, business users, and technical teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of navigating uncertainty and independently driving results.
