Senior Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve SyteLine issues while conducting root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with teams in manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance.

• Configure and enhance SyteLine IDOs.

• Generate reports utilizing Dataviews and Mongoose reporting.

• Oversee the setup and parameters of SyteLine planning (APS/MRP).

• Provide support for Factory Track, barcode scanning, BarTender, and Doc-Trak.

• Manage SyteLine security groups and permissions at the form level.

• Assist with site rollouts and upgrades from requirements to go-live.

• Facilitate EDI transactions and integration with other applications.

• Create functional specifications, testing plans, work instructions, and SOPs.

• Educate and assist users in their functional processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a techno-functional ERP analyst, preferably with SyteLine.

• Extensive knowledge of SyteLine/ERP within discrete manufacturing and warehousing.

• Familiarity with the setup and toolset of SyteLine planning (APS/MRP).

• Proficiency in designing, developing, testing, and debugging SyteLine modifications, T-SQL queries, and procedures.

• Experience in setting up and managing SyteLine security groups.

• Comprehensive experience throughout the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery to support.

• Capability to translate business requirements into technical designs.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual.

• A degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or distribution is required.

• Knowledge of Infor SyteLine versions 9.x–10.x, Factory Track, and Doc-Trak.

• Experience with EDI integrations and purchase order automation platforms.

• Integration expertise using middleware solutions such as Boomi.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across various time zones.
