Senior Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive support for Infor XA ERP modules, encompassing green screen, Powerlink, and Netlink.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and document workflows.

• Convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Conduct system analysis, configuration, and development within Infor XA and AS400 environments.

• Design, test, and implement modifications, interfaces, and customizations.

• Diagnose system issues and reduce disruptions to business operations.

• Enhance and support manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and distribution processes within XA.

• Lead upgrade initiatives for Infor XA to newer versions.

• Create and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.

• Work together with IT and business teams to promote process improvements and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 10 years of practical experience with Infor XA ERP on the AS400 platform.

• In-depth knowledge of all Infor XA green screen modules, including Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Sales, and Purchasing.

• Familiarity with Powerlink and Netlink.

• Development experience on AS400/iSeries utilizing CL, RPG, and SQL.

• Strong understanding of AS400 computing.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting manufacturing business processes.

• Experience with Infor XA upgrade projects.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Experience utilizing IT ticketing systems such as SolarWinds and JIRA.

• Knowledge of integration tools and middleware.

• Experience with reporting/BI tools linked to XA/AS400.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong project management or leadership background.

• Willingness to travel to manufacturing facilities up to 10% as necessary.
