This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze, integrate, and visualize intricate datasets.
• Create sustainable data solutions in collaboration with IT utilizing Snowflake and Azure.
• Merge various business-generated tables into unified repositories.
• Gather, document, and prioritize both business and technical requirements.
• Formulate project plans and timelines.
• Draft user stories for Agile development methodologies.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders effectively.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration with Reporting, Analytics, Operations, Sales Channels, and IT partners.
• Record comprehensive data processes, business rules, source-to-target mappings, and process flow diagrams.
• Perform root cause analyses for issue triage and resolution.
• Advocate for prioritized customer needs throughout the requirements, development, and testing phases.
• Implement change management procedures and uphold requirements documentation.
• Assist with production turns and incident monitoring, which may occasionally require night or weekend availability.
• Bachelor's degree along with 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or systems analysis, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient experience with T-SQL, PL-SQL, TOAD, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Snowflake, Databricks, and similar tools.
• Advanced capabilities in SQL queries, API integration, and managing large, complex datasets.
• Experience in data mining, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and crafting compelling data visualizations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience working with stakeholders and remote teams across all organizational tiers.
• Highly organized, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services.
• Occasional nights or weekends may be necessary to support production turns or incident monitoring.
• U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency is required; company sponsorship is not available.
• Minimum home internet speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload are necessary.
• A dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions is essential to safeguard PHI/HIPAA information.
• Preferred: advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• Preferred: Azure Data Fundamentals or Snowflake SNOWPRO certification.
• Preferred: extensive experience with Databricks, PowerBI, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate.
• Preferred: proficiency in forecasting, simulation, and predictive modeling.
• Preferred: familiarity with the Systems Development Life Cycle, Agile processes, and writing user stories.
• Preferred: expertise in healthcare-related data and integrating diverse datasets.
