Business Analyst – Early Career

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct data analysis to assist in the development of innovative technologies and solutions aimed at enhancing healthcare and human services outcomes.

• Clean, analyze, and model data to inform business decisions and reporting processes.

• Create and sustain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

• Implement coding and automation techniques to enhance data processes and operational efficiency.

• Assist with tax coding and data classification tasks.

• Convert business requirements into data-driven solutions by collaborating with business and technical teams.

• Utilize Power BI, GitHub, Copilot Studio, SQL, and Python for data analysis and management.

• Ensure solutions are validated through rigorous testing and quality assurance.

• Present insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience working with extensive data sets for reporting, analytics, and decision-making purposes.

• Capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Competence in collaborating with both business and technical teams.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to data quality and accuracy.

• Preferred: Experience with Python and SQL.

• Preferred: Advanced skills in Power BI data models, DAX calculations, and creating interactive dashboards.

• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and agile work environments.

• Experience in health and human services, government programs, or highly regulated sectors.

• Fully remote options are restricted to locations within the continental United States.

• Video cameras are required during interviews and the first week of orientation.
