This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a vital partner to the ITO Delivery leadership, aiding in strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and achieving business goals.
• Generate data-driven insights using analytics, dashboards, and KPI measurements to support executive decision-making and foster continuous improvement.
• Work alongside business analysts to provide client recommendations that enhance business processes.
• Convert client business requirements and technical specifications into easily understandable non-technical language.
• Examine and document systems requirements and business processes.
• Create basic conceptual data and process models to assess potential impacts of system changes.
• Implement and evaluate basic test-case scenarios derived from existing test plans.
• Engage in technical reviews and inspections with senior leadership.
• Design Power BI reports and data visualizations.
• Assist in the optimization of ServiceNow and Azure DevOps intake and workflows.
• Prepare executive presentations and communications.
• Organize leadership staff meetings and track action items.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and offsite workshops.
• Aid in PI supply and demand forecasting.
• Oversee CTO/ITO business requests, including status updates, achievements, goals, objectives, and budget-related matters.
• Deliver actionable insights through data analytics and KPI reporting.
• Enhance operational efficiency via process automation and workflow optimization.
• Coordinate leadership operating rhythms, workshops, and planning events.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive them to completion.
• Utilize AI and analytics to expedite delivery, boost productivity, and improve business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Power BI, reporting, data analytics, and dashboard creation.
• Proficient in SQL, PowerShell, Python, or other programming/scripting languages.
• Familiar with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
• Strong skills in presentation development, capable of translating complex information into concise executive messaging.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and facilitation abilities.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to follow strategic direction and independently achieve results.
• Capability to manage multiple concurrent priorities while staying focused on deadlines and outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with modern AI productivity tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot and GitHub Copilot.
• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Clear and effective oral and written communication skills in a professional environment.
