This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the governance and validation of AI-generated requirements presented in Gherkin format.

• Ensure alignment of requirements with business rules and data mappings.

• Facilitate AI-driven test validation and traceability through structured reviews by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

• Oversee the responsibilities and activities of a business analyst team on IT projects.

• Offer guidance and support to newer team members.

• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define, document, and communicate business requirements and their expected impact.

• Collaborate with clients to develop business specifications at the commencement of technical projects.

• Analyze, plan, design, and document business processes efficiently.

• Suggest enhancements that support clients' technology objectives.

• Confirm that requirements have been fulfilled by approving and validating test outcomes.

• Utilize Excel and SQL to assess the anticipated impact of work.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 9 years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst role.

• Preferably 3 or more years of experience with Medicaid and Medicare.

• Proven experience in AI-enabled requirements engineering, ensuring that outputs are validated, governed, and fully traceable across business rules, data, and the complete delivery lifecycle.

• Familiarity with computer programming concepts, including configuration, development, and batch processing.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, analytical software, and requirement-mapping tools such as Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.

• Exceptional client communication skills to translate client needs into actionable goals.

• Strong analytical skills and expertise in business process re-engineering.

• Excellent executive presence and communication abilities.

• Experience in methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall.

• Must reside in the continental United States.

• Video cameras are required to be on during all interviews and throughout the first week of orientation.
