📋 Description

• Responsible for facilitating, mapping, and proposing solutions to meet business needs.

• Collaborate on the analysis and documentation of client business requirements, offering business solutions that effectively address them.

• Assist the Product Owner and team members in decomposing business needs, identifying affected system requirements, and documenting them as user stories to initiate sprint execution.

• Comprehend business processes, products, current services, and their regulations to provide necessary IT solutions.

• Grasp the needs of business managers and clients/users to propose viable solutions.

• Identify and visually map business requirements in a practical manner.

• Represent business needs through mappings, business requirements, and user stories.

• Identify reusable IT services that can be applied across various business areas or stages of a business process.

• Facilitate and lead workshops utilizing agile methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a completed bachelor's degree in any field along with a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctoral degree) in Information Technology, totaling at least 360 hours.

• DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS: UX-PM Level 2; PSU – Professional Scrum with User Experience I; Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I); CBPP.

• Preferred experience includes 3 years of mapping business requirements, leading workshops, and crafting user stories in agile settings.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Lean Inception.

• Proficiency in facilitation techniques: Design Thinking, Design Sprint.

• Capable of writing and refining agile requirements.

• Understanding of UX as it applies to business analysis.

• Basic knowledge of systems architecture and IT solutions to facilitate business operations.
