This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the analysis, design, documentation, and enhancement of business processes.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and client meetings to collect, verify, and document requirements.
• Identify deficiencies and propose effective solutions.
• Create and sustain BPMN 2.0 business process models, workflows, use cases, and related documentation.
• Ensure that requirements, design artifacts, and project documentation are in line with business needs and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead business analysis efforts across various projects and guide junior team members.
• Prepare project estimates and assist in planning for business analysis, process modeling, and training activities.
• Collaborate with business, operational, technical, clinical, and vendor stakeholders to assess impacts and establish business rules.
• Uphold documentation standards, conduct quality reviews, and manage the publication of process models and knowledge assets.
• Evaluate training requirements and oversee training programs, eLearning content, job aids, procedures, and operational readiness materials.
• Provide support for LMS administration, including learning paths, training surveys, content deployment, and coordination of instructor-led training.
• Utilize Medicaid pharmacy and care management expertise in workflows related to utilization management, prior authorization, appeals, formularies, drug utilization review, clinical edits, member lock-in programs, and care coordination.
• Work in partnership with pharmacists, clinicians, care management, policy, operations, product, configuration, and technical teams.
• Convert pharmacy policies, clinical criteria, system configurations, and operational procedures into requirements, process models, training materials, user guides, and job aids.
• Create scenario-based training, demonstrations, and validation materials for pharmacy and care management users.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 9 years of experience in business analysis, particularly in healthcare or government healthcare system implementations.
• Proficient in analyzing and designing business processes, workflows, use cases, and functional requirements using BPMN 2.0 or comparable methodologies.
• Strong understanding of CMS, MITA, Medicaid operations, compliance requirements, data management, and customer service delivery processes.
• Expertise in relational databases, system integrations, technical documentation, and translating complex healthcare concepts into business and training solutions.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs, including LMS administration, eLearning content, learning paths, surveys, and instructor-led training.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced leadership and project coordination abilities.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel based on project requirements.
• Video cameras must be utilized during interviews and the initial week of orientation.
