Senior Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the support, implementation, enhancement, and optimization of the Kiwiplan Manufacturing Execution System and associated applications for the Corrugated division.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and plant staff to identify operational requirements, gather necessary information, and convert these needs into effective technology solutions.

• Diagnose system issues, offer production support, and pinpoint opportunities to enhance business processes and boost operational efficiency.

• Configure, test, validate, and assist with software upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements.

• Develop and execute scenarios for functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Establish and maintain process documentation, system designs, training materials, and resources for knowledge sharing.

• Work alongside cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and business associates to provide technology solutions that enhance business operations and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in business or IT roles supporting enterprise applications, manufacturing systems, or business technology solutions.

• Familiarity with Kiwiplan manufacturing systems.

• Understanding of the corrugated industry.

• Experience in gathering business requirements, documenting system specifications, and translating needs into technological solutions.

• Willingness and capacity to engage in an after-hours on-call support rotation.

• Readiness and ability to travel up to 35%, including on-site engagements at Corrugated manufacturing sites.

• Must not require visa sponsorship; this position is not eligible for such sponsorship.

• Preferred experience in demand management and timely management.

• Preferred experience in writing SQL queries or working with MySQL.

• Preferred knowledge of Linux operating systems.

• Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology field is preferred.
