This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership and enhance the Lead-to-Opportunity end-to-end process across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketo, and related systems.
• Examine, document, and convert business processes into system functionalities for lead routing, lead scoring, campaign attribution, qualification criteria, and opportunity generation.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation and Marketing Operations to set up and expand campaign tracking, API integrations, and connections with third-party vendors.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with Marketing, BDRs/SDRs, and Sales Leadership.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications, functional descriptions, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Identify bottlenecks in the buyer journey and develop system improvements to enhance velocity and conversion rates.
• Work alongside Salesforce Developers, Enterprise Architects, and Systems Engineers on custom objects, flows, validation rules, and integration pipelines.
• Supervise UAT, testing scenarios, bug fixes, enhancements, and change management processes.
• Ensure data integrity within Salesforce and MarTech systems, including deduplication, enrichment, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and taxonomy management.
• Collaborate with Analytics teams on pipeline attribution models.
• Produce documentation, training resources, and release notes for business users.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a specific focus on Salesforce and MarTech stacks.
• Profound hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Lead, Contact, Account, Opportunity, and Campaign objects.
• Familiarity with Flow Builder and Process Builder.
• Direct experience with enterprise Marketing Automation Platforms like Marketo, Pardot/Account Engagement, HubSpot, or Eloqua.
• Experience with native/API synchronization between marketing automation platforms and Salesforce.
• Background in designing or managing Lead-to-Opportunity or Lead-to-Cash lifecycles, including MQL/SQL definitions, SLA tracking, and opportunity attribution.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery processes, user story creation, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT execution.
• Knowledge of APIs/REST integrations, webhooks, cookie tracking, URL parameters (UTMs), and relational database architectures.
• Experience with Salesforce Reporting and data visualization tools.
• Outstanding ability to communicate technical limitations to business leaders and convert business requests into developer-ready specifications.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst credentials are preferred.
• Ability to comply with U.S. export controls.
