Senior Business System Analyst – Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to provide innovative solutions for significant Supply Chain transformation projects.

• Act as the primary point of contact for a top-tier supply chain facility.

• Implement and configure designs within new technology platforms in conjunction with a Solution Architect.

• Work closely with Supply Chain Operations stakeholders across distribution centers, manufacturing, and repairs to identify needs and document requirements.

• Create functional and technical specifications for Oracle EBS R12 and MES.

• Develop and sustain Manufacturing Execution Systems.

• Ensure that project delivery adheres to timelines, budgets, and requirements while effectively managing priorities.

• Supervise operations in a premier Supply Chain manufacturing facility.

• Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with IT support teams to address critical production challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience with Oracle R12 EBS or MES systems.

• Proficiency in Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Cloud Order Management modules.

• Experience with MES systems such as Critical Manufacturing, Siemens Opcenter, GE Proficy, or Apriso is preferred.

• Familiarity with corporate IT solutions like Mulesoft, OIC, and GenAI.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in agile scrum methodologies and fast-paced settings.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to collaborate effectively across teams.
