Global Account Director – Supply Chain Solutions

📋 Description

• Drive business transformation, long-term value, and growth for Kinaxis’ largest global enterprise customers.

• Develop and implement global account strategies leveraging SaaS, end-to-end supply chain management, and strategic consulting expertise.

• Cultivate relationships with key global stakeholders while understanding their organizational structures, strategic objectives, and supply chain dynamics.

• Establish and execute governance models for global enterprise accounts.

• Lead cross-functional teams encompassing Product Management, Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and integration partners.

• Collaborate with Sales and Renewals to formulate joint account plans and identify, qualify, and convert opportunities for expansion.

• Promote adoption, ensure retention readiness, enhance Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).

• Monitor and manage licenses, users, and scenarios to maximize account value and growth.

• Engage with customer executive leadership to provide strategic insights into Kinaxis solutions.

• Negotiate roadmap alignment with customers.

• Advocate for change management and solution adoption.

• Define and monitor customer-specific KPIs and business impact metrics.

• Manage escalations and develop rapid-response strategies to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience managing Forbes Top 100 and global accounts.

• Proven success in leading high-impact, strategic client relationships and facilitating business transformation.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.

• Capacity to influence executive stakeholders and foster consensus across cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams and orchestrating multi-region enterprise strategies that drive retention and growth.

• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management, including processes, systems, and industry best practices.

• Ability to identify and qualify expansion opportunities, influencing portfolio NRR and SQL generation.

• Experience with SaaS solutions.

• Extensive experience utilizing Salesforce (SFDC) and Gainsight.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% to global client sites, subsidiaries, and industry events.

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• PMP Certification considered advantageous.
