This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assist in the Global Supply Chain statement of work related to Supplier Administration, Supplier Quality, or Compliance.
• Gather, cleanse, and standardize data from ERP systems, including purchase orders, subcontracts, corporate agreements, and finance systems for indirect purchases.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to verify product and service specifications and requirements.
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives, process enhancements, and risk-mitigation strategies for supplier selection.
• Adhere to company protocols and public law mandates, including fundamental import/export and compliance regulations.
• Complete an end-of-internship project and present findings and suggestions to Global Supply Chain leadership.
• Assist the assigned Global Supply Chain functional team with everyday activities and projects.
• Collaborate with fellow interns and cross-functional partners on various projects and improvement efforts.
• Engage with users, customers, and other developers in a dynamic, people-oriented environment.
• Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college/university.
• Expected to maintain full-time enrollment in Fall 2027.
• Must have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above.
• Major or prior major in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for a minimum of 10 weeks during Summer 2027.
• Must possess U.S. citizenship.
• Preferred: Effective professional email and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: Ability to manage multiple tasks, adhere to deadlines, and decompose large projects into manageable steps.
• Preferred: Detail-oriented and proactive in a remote working environment.
• Preferred: Adaptability to changing priorities, openness to constructive feedback, and capacity to learn from errors.
• Preferred: Skill in collaborating with cross-functional teams and fostering positive workplace relationships.
• Preferred: Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Preferred: Familiarity with SAP, CAGE, and SAM.GOV systems.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau and basic SQL.
• Preferred: Experience with PO status reporting and/or SharePoint administration.
