This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Create, develop, and sustain centralized procurement request intake forms, workflows, templates, and dashboards.
• Assess and prioritize incoming procurement requests while ensuring documentation is complete.
• Recognize missing information and liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues prior to routing.
• Create and uphold standard operating procedures, workflow documentation, communication templates, and process guidelines.
• Develop and manage tracking and reporting tools that encompass request volume, workload distribution, processing timelines, backlogs, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Compile regular and on-demand operational reports.
• Deliver leadership with actionable insights and recommendations aimed at enhancing efficiency, responsiveness, and process performance.
• Collaborate with internal customers, program offices, contracting stakeholders, leadership, and external parties.
• Manage Controlled Unclassified Information while adhering to relevant safeguarding and compliance protocols.
• BA/BS degree with 5 (+) years of pertinent experience, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
• Background in supporting acquisition, procurement intake, operational workflow centralization, or analogous business process enhancement activities.
• Experience in creating process documentation, intake forms, templates, dashboards, standard operating procedures, and workflow tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities with internal customers, program managers, contracting offices, leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Technical expertise in workflow systems, tracking tools, data organization, and reporting platforms such as Power BI, SharePoint, or similar alternatives.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities to identify process gaps, enhance data quality, monitor operational performance, and clearly convey risks and recommendations.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting federal government acquisition, procurement, or contracting operations.
• Preferred: Experience in developing automated dashboards, reporting tools, or digital intake solutions.
• Preferred: Experience in implementing process improvements that minimize rework, enhance data quality, and boost operational efficiency.
• Preferred: Familiarity with centralized intake, triage, routing, and workflow management processes.
• DHS Suitability Required.
• Must comply with applicable safeguarding and compliance mandates while handling Controlled Unclassified Information.
• Salary Range: $120,000–$145,000 annually
