Senior Business Operations Analyst – Revenue Assurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive analyses of incidents related to Billing, Payments, Invoicing, Identity, Fraud, and Client Master Data.

• Detect irregularities, offer clarifications, identify root causes, and assess potential revenue impacts.

• Monitor the implementation of root-cause changes and recommendations.

• Ensure the accuracy of revenue flow and execute necessary corrective actions.

• Collaborate with teams across Billing, Payments, Invoicing, Identity, Fraud, Finance, IT, and Operations.

• Document services, billing procedures, findings, analyses, and resolutions.

• Guarantee proper Billing Assurance through issue analysis concerning Billing service lineage, including recurrences, subscriptions, and upsells.

• Manage and uphold the RAID (Revenue Assurance Integrity Driller) tool.

• Conduct discrepancy analyses and assist other teams in utilizing the RAID tool.

• Foster a supportive work environment and promote employee wellbeing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in agile environments for Product and Engineering, including microservices, with direct engagement in IT Operations.

• Proficient in SQL technologies such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Prior experience in business operations is essential.

• SQL expertise is mandatory.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.

• A mindset focused on software quality and test automation.

• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and pattern recognition.

• Capable of translating complex billing and revenue challenges into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools such as Claude and Gemini.

• A proactive and collaborative team player.
