Senior Business Operations Analyst – CEV, Medicaid, SNAP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide support to delivery and operations teams by means of reporting, operational analysis, and initiatives aimed at process improvement.

• Act as a subject matter expert in Medicaid eligibility verification and workflows related to SNAP public assistance.

• Evaluate operational data and performance trends to pinpoint areas for efficiency enhancements and service improvements.

• Investigate operational challenges, determine root causes, and suggest corrective measures.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate workflow enhancements, automation initiatives, and overall operational effectiveness.

• Aid in the oversight of compliance with Medicaid and SNAP program requirements along with operational standards.

• Create and sustain reports, dashboards, and business documentation.

• Engage in operational reviews and discussions with clients to support delivery goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of relevant professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, CEV, Medicaid, SNAP, public assistance programs, business operations, or similar operational support settings.

• More than 5 years of experience in supporting Medicaid eligibility, verification, enrollment, operations, or related operational processes.

• Preferred working knowledge of SNAP operations, eligibility procedures, or public assistance programs.

• Demonstrated experience in analyzing operational data, preparing reports, and recognizing opportunities for process improvement.

• Strong skills in analysis, organization, problem-solving, and communication.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

• Video cameras are required to be used during all interviews and throughout the initial week of orientation.

• A photo will be taken during the screening for verification at every stage of the recruitment process.
