This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a recognized authority in process improvement methodologies, offering strategic guidance and consultation to business leaders and stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, customer outcomes, quality, and efficiency.
• Assess organizational processes, performance metrics, operational data, and business challenges to pinpoint enterprise-level improvement opportunities.
• Utilize structured problem-solving techniques to tackle complex business challenges and deliver sustainable results.
• Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, value stream mapping sessions, and root cause analyses.
• Create and implement innovative process solutions that balance operational, technical, regulatory, and business needs.
• Develop future-state process architectures, governance models, performance frameworks, and continuous improvement roadmaps.
• Analyze interdependencies across functions, systems, processes, and organizational structures.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators, operational metrics, and measurement frameworks.
• Offer data-driven recommendations, business case support, and insights suitable for executive-level presentation.
• Champion the adoption and advancement of continuous improvement practices throughout business units and functional areas.
• Direct project teams and business stakeholders in the application of process improvement methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to organizational standards, methodologies, policies, and governance related to process excellence and operational improvement.
• Mentor and coach process improvement practitioners and operational leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8 or more years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, continuous improvement, consulting, or related disciplines.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in successfully applying DMAIC methodology to process improvement initiatives.
• Background in leading complex, cross-functional improvement initiatives in large-scale operational environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Expertise in process mapping, customer journey mapping, value stream analysis, root cause analysis, performance measurement, and future-state process design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, process mapping tools, statistical software, time study applications, and Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
• Extensive experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and operational excellence practices in complex business environments.
• Experience in leading readiness reviews and transformation workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to align process improvement initiatives with strategic business goals, customer outcomes, and operational performance.
• Exceptional analytical, facilitation, communication, consulting, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives and navigating ambiguity in complex business settings.
• Capacity to influence senior leaders and facilitate organizational change without direct authority.
