This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Continuously enhance the operational model and rhythm for the Office of the CISO, which includes planning cadences, prioritization frameworks, governance structures, and communication mechanisms.
• Prepare the CISO for meetings at the Office of the CIO level by organizing and facilitating internal CISO meetings.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Act as the main operational liaison for the Office of the CIO.
• Oversee deliverables, deadlines, and reporting obligations between the CISO organization and the Office of the CIO.
• Represent the Office of the CISO in senior leadership forums when the Director is not available.
• Assist in budget tracking, headcount planning, AOP inputs, forecasting, actuals reconciliation, and vendor spend management.
• Own the complete reporting lifecycle for the CISO organization, which includes OKRs, KPIs, KRIs, project and program status, and health indicators.
• Generate and maintain weekly status updates tailored for executive and operational audiences.
• Establish and enforce reporting standards throughout the program management team.
• Cultivate relationships within the CISO Senior Leadership Team and the Office of the CIO.
• Develop executive-level narratives, agendas, and content for the Monthly Operating Review, Board of Directors presentations, and CISO Senior Leadership Team meetings.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and drive decision-making without formal authority.
• Manage and govern the operational toolset of the Office of the CISO, which includes WorkBoard, Asana, Jira, and ServiceNow.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance office operations and assist the broader team in creating AI-enabled workflows.
• Stay informed about enterprise AI capabilities and suggest workflow enhancements.
• Oversee the operational management of the Crowd for Crowd program.
• Handle stakeholder communications, status tracking, milestone reporting, and cadence management.
• Serve as the reporting hub for project managers involved in Crowd for Crowd product adoption initiatives.
• Aggregate status updates, surface risks, and maintain visibility for leadership across workstreams.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and event stakeholders to fulfill customer-facing commitments.
• 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related field.
• Proven track record of building and refining processes in a fast-paced technology or cybersecurity environment.
• Ability to work independently at the senior leadership level, provide recommendations, drive decisions, and represent a team without a manager present.
• Experience in crafting executive-level content and narratives for Office of the CIO, ELT, and Board-level audiences.
• Strong practical knowledge of WorkBoard, Asana, Jira, and ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to drive tool adoption and ensure data integrity across a team.
• Demonstrated experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, boost efficiency, and achieve business outcomes.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in supporting budget management, headcount planning, and annual operating plan processes.
• Solid judgment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to quickly gain proficiency in cybersecurity concepts and organizational priorities.
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel approximately four times a year for offsite meetings, conferences, and customer-facing engagements.
