This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the primary business lead for the Tory Burch Canada website.
• Formulate, articulate, and implement regional strategies to achieve or surpass financial objectives within the ECCA sector.
• Assist in the development of promotional and marketing calendar ideas, pricing structures, and site execution tailored to the region.
• Foster collaborative relationships with regional FP and Outlet stores and US teams across site merchandising/operations, digital marketing, purchasing, planning, creative, and integrated marketing.
• Examine market trends and guide cross-functional teams through various digital channels.
• Carry out weekly, monthly, and quarterly business evaluations with the North America team.
• Refine the strategy for full-price versus markdown and manage the product lifecycle effectively.
• Assess product performance and analyze full-price/markdown sales data.
• Utilize sales data to enhance inventory strategies, boost sell-through rates, and suggest pricing modifications.
• Review KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic, CTR, email revenue, and digital marketing ROI.
• Implement monthly site updates and regional adjustments, including Canadian holidays, French translations, pricing, and promotions.
• Shape and advance content strategies based on market and consumer insights.
• Investigate customer shopping behaviors to guide adaptations on the site.
• Create seasonal purchasing strategies aligned with marketing initiatives and brand messaging.
• Maintain a balanced assortment that reflects global brand positioning while catering to local market performance.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams regarding marketing expenditures and channel strategies.
• Coordinate with buying, US site merchandising, email, and creative teams to highlight key products.
• Perform quarterly competitive market analyses.
• Recognize market opportunities and weaknesses in comparison to competitors.
• Sustain a strategic advantage through pricing, promotions, and marketing efforts.
• Proficient in both French and English.
• Skilled in developing and executing comprehensive category strategies across various product lines.
• Experienced in translating consumer insights and product sales data into assortment, pricing, and inventory strategies.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Background covering diverse teams within an organization.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in Canada, ideally within leather goods or footwear sectors.
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership and communication abilities.
• Capable of influencing and driving results toward objectives.
• Strong collaboration and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and business insight.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Experience with AEM Sites and SFCC is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in French is mandatory.
