This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assume complete P&L responsibility for a $300M revenue, $45M EBITDA integrated services organization.
• Supervise a diverse team of approximately 90 employees across commercial, operations, and support functions.
• Own and execute the Annual Operating Plan focusing on revenue, Gross Margin, and EBITDA.
• Propel pipeline-driven growth through new business acquisitions, cross-selling, and churn recovery efforts.
• Lead performance management processes, including Management Operating Reviews (MORs), pipeline assessments, and KPI dashboards.
• Optimize the service portfolio towards targeted high-value sectors.
• Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams to drive pricing strategy and value capture.
• Foster a safety and compliance culture in line with EH&S, environmental regulations, and risk management standards.
• Act as the executive sponsor for enterprise-level clients.
• Cultivate cross-functional partnerships across Commercial Development, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Oversee joint account planning and the execution of cross-selling strategies.
• Manage relationships with vendors and disposal networks.
• Represent the organization in executive meetings, customer interactions, and industry discussions.
• Define and implement a multi-year ChemCare / OSS strategy.
• Integrate services within the broader Univar commercial framework.
• Drive segmentation, targeting, and initiatives aimed at growth.
• Lead business transformation projects, including process standardization, technology enablement, and optimization of the operating model.
• Champion the utilization of digital tools, automation, analytics, and system integration.
• Identify strategic investment opportunities to drive growth and scalability.
• Position the integrated lifecycle service offering as a key competitive advantage.
• Establish a culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Align the organizational structure to facilitate growth.
• Promote talent development and succession planning initiatives.
• Direct organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Achieve growth in revenue and Gross Margin, ensure pipeline health and conversion, enhance customer retention, increase cross-sell penetration, and optimize EBITDA performance against the Annual Operating Plan while improving operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of leadership experience in the hazardous waste sector.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L leadership.
• Strong commercial insight and capability in driving growth.
• Experience working within regulated environments (EH&S, waste services).
• Proven history of leading transformational initiatives.
