
Senior Business Director – ChemCare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assume complete P&L responsibility for an integrated services business generating $300M in revenue and $45M in EBITDA, encompassing ChemCare and OSS.
• Oversee a cross-functional team of around 90 employees spanning commercial, operational, and support roles.
• Take ownership of the Annual Operating Plan, focusing on revenue, Gross Margin, and EBITDA outcomes.
• Propel growth through a pipeline-driven strategy that includes new business acquisitions, cross-selling opportunities, and churn recovery efforts.
• Lead performance monitoring activities, such as Monthly Operations Reviews (MORs), pipeline assessments, and KPI dashboard management.
• Optimize the service portfolio targeting high-value vertical markets.
• Collaborate with Finance and Commercial Excellence to drive pricing strategy and value realization.
• Oversee safety, compliance, environmental health and safety (EH&S), environmental regulations, and risk management initiatives.
• Act as the executive sponsor for key enterprise clients.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among Customer Development, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Direct joint account planning and execution of cross-selling initiatives.
• Manage relationships with vendors and disposal networks.
• Represent the organization at executive meetings, customer engagements, and industry events.
• Define and implement the long-term strategy for ChemCare and OSS.
• Spearhead business transformation, process standardization, technology enablement, and optimization of operating models.
• Champion the adoption of digital tools, automation, analytics, and system integration.
• Identify strategic investment opportunities to foster growth and scalability.
• Position the integrated lifecycle service offerings as a key competitive advantage.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Align the organizational structure to facilitate growth.
• Promote talent development, succession planning, organizational change, and transformation initiatives.
• Achieve results in revenue and Gross Margin growth, pipeline health, customer retention, cross-sell success, EBITDA performance, and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• More than 10 years of leadership experience in industrial services or chemical distribution sectors.
• Demonstrated P&L leadership capabilities.
• Strong commercial insight and leadership in driving growth.
• Experience in regulated environments, particularly in EH&S and waste management services.
• Proven history of leading transformation initiatives.
• Ability to function both strategically and tactically.
