This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research to identify, prioritize, and develop target banks, credit unions, and financial institutions that could benefit from branch workforce management, appointment booking, queue management, and related SaaS solutions.
• Create and oversee outbound prospecting initiatives via email, phone, LinkedIn, events, referrals, account-based outreach, and engaging messaging for executives.
• Gain insights into prospects’ branch networks, operational models, customer experience objectives, staffing challenges, sales priorities, and technology environments.
• Engage senior stakeholders involved in retail banking, branch operations, workforce planning, customer experience, digital banking, and transformation initiatives.
• Qualify strategic opportunities by identifying business pain points, decision-making drivers, budget timelines, existing technology, purchasing processes, competitive landscape, and executive sponsorship.
• Promote branch workforce management software, encompassing forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, resource sharing, and visibility into branch work requirements.
• Articulate the benefits of appointment booking software for customer acquisition, banker readiness, sales effectiveness, and both branch and virtual appointment experiences.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, solution consultants, marketing teams, product specialists, and business unit leaders to refine account strategies and advance qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Prepare account research, discovery notes, call summaries, and handoff documentation.
• Keep accurate records of activities, pipeline, and opportunity information in CRM systems; leverage data to manage priorities and forecast outcomes.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, conferences, customer meetings, and executive briefings as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in SaaS, financial services technology, or enterprise business development will also be considered.
• Over 5 years of experience in business development, sales development, account development, or inside sales for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or financial services technology solutions.
• Proven success in complex or enterprise sales environments.
• Ability to independently prospect within complex enterprise accounts, engage senior-level stakeholders, and generate qualified sales opportunities that convert into an accepted pipeline.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS sales processes, subscription-based software value propositions, buying committees, and enterprise qualification methodologies.
• Capability to learn and effectively communicate intricate software concepts, including forecasting, staffing, scheduling, appointment booking, and customer engagement outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to create executive-ready outreach, discovery messaging, and account-specific perspectives.
• Strong commercial judgment, business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and comfort discussing operational efficiency, customer experience, sales productivity, workforce planning, and technology transformation.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and metrics-focused, with consistent follow-up and disciplined CRM maintenance.
• Ability to function with minimal supervision, manage multiple target accounts, and meet or exceed expectations for activity, meetings, pipeline, and opportunity quality.
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, collaborative environment with sales, marketing, product, consulting, and executive stakeholders.
• Preferred experience in selling or prospecting SaaS solutions to retail banking, credit unions, or other financial institutions.
• Knowledge of branch workforce management, workforce optimization, forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, or resource planning solutions.
• Familiarity with appointment booking, queue management, customer engagement, digital appointment experiences, or branch transformation technology.
• Understanding of retail banking operating models, branch roles, appointment-based services, and customer experience initiatives.
• Established network or prior experience engaging retail banking executives, branch operations leaders, workforce management teams, or digital banking stakeholders.
• Experience utilizing sales engagement platforms, CRM systems, intent data, account-based marketing tools, or revenue intelligence solutions.
