
Senior Business Development Manager, Medical Channel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Attain and surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives through effective territory management and account development.
• Identify, establish, and expand new and existing accounts, encompassing national accounts, regional medical networks, and multi-location practices.
• Develop and sustain long-term relationships with providers and practice staff.
• Act as a trusted consultant and brand representative.
• Conduct product presentations, in-field and virtual training sessions, and clinical education programs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Customer Success teams on account strategies and promotional initiatives.
• Execute promotional tactics and ROI-driven incentive programs.
• Reconnect with inactive accounts and address purchasing obstacles.
• Represent Face Reality at regional and national trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Maintain CRM records, sales activity details, pipeline progression, and territory plans utilizing Zoho.
• Organize product samples, promotional materials, and sales tools.
• Oversee a multi-state territory in the Northeast with up to 100% travel.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in medical aesthetics, physician-dispensed skincare, dermatology, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales, specifically within the physician channel.
• Clinical credibility with the capability to educate, train, and present both in person and virtually.
• An esthetician license, RN, or a related medical background is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of developing new verticals or launching new markets.
• Experience in prospecting, initiating new accounts, and cultivating long-term business relationships.
• Established connections with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and other aesthetic decision-makers.
• A history of achieving or exceeding sales targets; recognition as a President’s Club member or Top Performer is a plus.
• Capability to independently manage a multi-state territory, prioritize accounts, and navigate intricate sales cycles.
• Experience in sales planning, territory forecasting, and CRM systems; Zoho is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital organization tools.
• A passion for skincare and results-driven aesthetics, coupled with a customer-first approach.
• Willingness and capacity to travel up to 100%, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record confirmed through DMV screening.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Authorization to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Capability to meet the specified physical demands, including driving, speaking, hearing, visual acuity, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, reaching, grasping, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, keyboarding, and occasional twisting.
