B2B Sales, Business Development Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and research potential B2B clients along with their decision-makers.

• Engage in consistent outbound outreach using LinkedIn, email, and telephone calls.

• Communicate professionally with business owners, executives, and other key decision-makers.

• Present the business operations consulting services effectively.

• Recognize and assess businesses that may have operational challenges or consulting requirements.

• Arrange free consultations with the consultant for qualified prospects.

• Consistently follow up with prospects who do not respond right away.

• Keep accurate records of outreach efforts, conversations, follow-ups, and appointments in the CRM.

• Organize and manage prospecting activities and follow-up schedules consistently.

• Achieve the set outreach and appointment-setting goals.

• Carry out additional duties related to the position as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Approximately 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, outbound sales, or appointment-setting.

• Demonstrated experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.

• Comfortable with making phone calls and engaging in frequent outreach.

• Experience in direct communication with business owners, executives, or decision-makers.

• Professional, confident, and consultative in communication style.

• Capability to identify potential business needs and effectively qualify prospects.

• Strong skills in follow-up, organization, and CRM management.

• Preferred experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, phone prospecting, and CRM systems.

• Resourceful and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.

• An innovative thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently.

• Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.

• Excellent organizational capabilities to manage daily operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Familiarity with standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).

• Quick to learn new systems, software, and workflows.

• Ability to accurately follow established processes with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to work during U.S. EST (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs.

• Interest in long-term career opportunities.

• Must be able to undergo a background check.

• Reliable Windows 10+ computer, two monitors, and high-speed internet connection.

• Professional home workstation capable of supporting uninterrupted remote work.
