This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business within the German market.
• Establish global corporate agreements with international organizations based in the DACH region.
• Engage with C-level executives and leaders in pricing, e-commerce, data, and marketing as a trusted advisor.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from targeted outbound prospecting to procurement, contract negotiation, and closure.
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic accounts beyond the initial signature, focusing on renewal, expansion, and multi-country framework growth.
• Retain commercial accountability while Customer Success handles delivery and adoption.
• Remain engaged throughout the account lifecycle through on-site customer visits, executive leadership workshops, business reviews, and value milestones.
• Expand Minderest's solutions from Price Intelligence into Reactev AI Price Optimization.
• Develop the DACH reference base for AI-driven pricing.
• Enhance Minderest's visibility and authority in the German market, positioning as the recognized expert in the region.
• Create accurate, data-driven pipeline forecasts to support executive decision-making and territory planning.
• Participate in executive leadership interviews alongside the VP of Growth and People team.
• Native or fluent German speaker.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• 3–5+ years of proven enterprise business development experience in B2B SaaS/Tech environments.
• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
• In-depth understanding of MEDDIC, consultative selling frameworks, go-to-market strategy, and advanced outbound prospecting techniques.
• Background or significant exposure to retail, e-commerce, or pricing software is highly regarded.
• Proficient with CRM and sales automation tools; HubSpot preferred.
• Familiarity with productivity tools like Google Workspace.
• Active listener, empathetic communicator, adaptable, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new tools and concepts.
• Verification of experience and professional references required.
• Capability to complete a practical case study and role-play exercise.
