This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Spearhead enterprise sales initiatives across DACH and the wider European markets.
• Foster new client acquisition among leading retailers and direct-to-consumer manufacturers.
• Discover, assess, and cultivate business prospects within enterprise retail groups, grocery chains, fashion, electronics, and D2C manufacturing brands.
• Convey the advantages of AI-driven price optimization and competitive monitoring, translating technical attributes into business results.
• Oversee the entire sales process from outbound prospecting to multi-stakeholder negotiations and contract finalization.
• Establish trusted connections with pricing managers, category directors, CFOs, and CIOs.
• Monitor competitive trends in price optimization and pricing intelligence, sharing insights with Product and Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing on account-based marketing campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Ensure accurate data in HubSpot pipeline, offer revenue forecasts, and assist in quarterly planning.
• Act as a representative for Reactev at industry events, trade shows, and webinars.
• Report directly to the VP of Growth.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in additional European languages, including German, is advantageous.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in business development or enterprise account executive positions.
• Familiarity with retail technology, e-commerce, pricing software, or solutions related to supply chain is a significant advantage.
• Consultative selling expertise focused on delivering business impact.
• Capability to navigate intricate, multi-stakeholder purchasing processes within large retail or manufacturing entities.
• Competence in HubSpot CRM, Google Suite, and contemporary sales engagement tools like Apollo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Data-driven approach utilizing pipeline metrics and win/loss analysis.
• Strong written communication skills for creating outbound sequences and executive-level proposals.
