This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the implementation of Greenhouse’s partner strategy while transforming strategic priorities into initiatives that generate revenue.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic partners comprehensively, which includes setting revenue targets and overseeing primary relationship management.
• Oversee partnership launches from the initial planning phase through to go-live, collaborating with Product, Customer Growth & Success, and Marketing.
• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to define integration scope, align roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and maximize customer value.
• Collaborate with Customer Growth & Success and Sales teams on co-selling strategies and pipeline sourced from partners.
• Coordinate with Marketing on joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing initiatives.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage reporting on partner performance, health, objectives, and return on investment (ROI) in collaboration with Sales and Finance.
• Negotiate and oversee commercial agreements with the Legal team, including renewals, amendments, and ongoing commercial frameworks.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and provide data-informed recommendations for ecosystem investments.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as required by business needs.
• 6–9 years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategic alliances, or a similar role within a B2B or B2C SaaS organization.
• Demonstrated experience in managing partner relationships post-signature, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), performance monitoring, and resolving relationship issues.
• Expertise in collaborating with Product/Engineering on integration partnerships, working with Sales on co-selling or channel initiatives, and partnering with Marketing on go-to-market strategies.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, encompassing business case development, partnership ROI modeling, and negotiation of revenue shares, referral fees, marketing development funds, and minimum commitments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including presenting to senior stakeholders and converting partnership activities into strategic narratives.
• Capacity to develop structure and processes in the absence of fully developed playbooks, while effectively managing complex execution as a proactive project leader.
• Proven history of achieving realized annual recurring revenue (ARR) or revenue targets through partnerships.
• Experience in HR tech or recruiting software is advantageous.
