This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Create and implement almentor’s business development strategy for the Saudi market, concentrating on high-value institutional prospects.
• Identify key sectors such as government, semi-government, banking, insurance, telecommunications, education, healthcare, family-owned businesses, and large corporations.
• Establish a pipeline that aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, emphasizing workforce transformation, digital upskilling, leadership development, and national talent enhancement.
• Map significant accounts by identifying decision-makers, influencers, procurement structures, budget holders, and strategic priorities.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor behavior, client requirements, and regulatory changes.
• Oversee the entire business development process from prospecting and relationship cultivation to proposal formulation, negotiation, closure, and handover.
• Market enterprise learning subscriptions, tailored eLearning content, national skilling initiatives, leadership academies, sector-specific educational journeys, and strategic B2G projects.
• Develop value propositions tailored to specific accounts and manage intricate sales cycles involving senior executives, procurement, transformation, government, and technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, contract finalization, and internal approvals.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with priority accounts and devise account plans that encompass renewals, cross-selling, upselling, and partnership growth.
• Collaborate with product, content, customer success, project management, marketing, finance, and legal teams.
• Assist in client onboarding and the transition from sales to delivery and customer success.
• Identify and forge partnerships with Saudi training providers, HR platforms, telecommunications operators, universities, associations, government programs, and consulting firms.
• Support joint go-to-market strategies, reseller partnerships, white-label opportunities, bundled learning offerings, and sector-specific initiatives.
• Represent almentor at client meetings, industry events, conferences, networking forums, and discussions related to government business.
• Create proposals, presentations, business cases, pricing models, and commercial offers.
• Convert client requirements into solution designs that encompass scope, learning objectives, target audiences, delivery model, implementation, timelines, and commercial structure.
• Evaluate deal viability, pricing rationale, profitability, risks, and anticipated business impact.
• Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM and reporting tools.
• Provide weekly updates on opportunities, next steps, risks, expected closing dates, and necessary support.
• Project revenue and identify risks that could delay or obstruct deal closure.
• Monitor pipeline value, qualified opportunities, closed revenue, renewal potential, and growth of strategic accounts.
• Exceptional relationship-building and executive communication abilities.
• Strong commercial insight and the capability to structure complex deals.
• Robust negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to comprehend client priorities and translate them into actionable learning and development solutions.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including financial analysis, business case development, pricing evaluation, and risk assessment.
• Ability to operate independently in KSA while closely coordinating with regional teams.
• Strong skills in presentation and proposal writing.
• Capability to manage multiple opportunities, deadlines, and client discussions concurrently.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
• Significant experience in enterprise relationship management, complex B2B sales, strategic account development, financial analysis, and senior stakeholder management across GCC markets is particularly applicable to this role.
• Strong familiarity with the Saudi market is highly preferred.
