This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute focused sales strategies across specified therapeutic areas within NAMSA's Clinical and Consulting portfolio.
• Manage accounts within the designated scope and boost market share among key accounts, territories, and therapeutic areas.
• Establish relationships with current and potential accounts through visits, calls, emails, meetings, and industry events.
• Foster long-term client relationships to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Suggest pricing and strategies to capture new business opportunities.
• Organize and lead business review meetings.
• Provide sales insights and analysis for designated territories, key accounts, and therapeutic areas.
• Accurately and promptly enter account and activity data into CRM software.
• Collaborate with sales management and operations on multi-year client agreements.
• Identify and cultivate new market opportunities alongside leadership and marketing teams.
• Prepare and present sales presentations and proposals.
• Share field feedback to guide product development and strategic planning.
• Keep track of trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in assigned scientific and therapeutic areas.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a scientific discipline is required.
• Preferred 7 to 10 years of external, technical sales experience in a B2B sector.
• Experience in selling CRO services, particularly Clinical Consulting within Med Device/Pre-Clinical or technical consulting services, is preferred.
• Prior experience in selling to the medical device industry is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
• Capacity to engage with all levels of an organization, including executive decision-makers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or the ability to learn CRM software is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Fluency in English and the local language, if applicable, is mandatory.
• Understanding of Medical Devices or related Healthcare fields is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones and adapt to changing schedules is essential.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including occasional international trips.
• Capability to meet the physical demands of the role, including occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 pounds (12 kgs).
• Compensation target of $140,000.00.
