Senior Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee Value Based operations and conduct business analysis

• Ensure alignment and integration among functional units that support the implementation of divisional contracts and operational processes

• Guarantee the administrative effectiveness of Network Enterprise-wide project initiatives from initiation to completion

• Provide supervision and lead program and process execution in accordance with established timelines and provider contract terms

• Engage with all levels of management, including senior leadership

• Assist in the creation of execution status updates, presentations, and reporting

• Deliver comprehensive analysis of population payment systems

• Collaborate with various teams to verify calculations and data

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree along with 5 years of experience OR 9 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations, or relevant healthcare industry experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading large and complex multi-million dollar projects

• Proven experience in communicating with senior management across multiple divisions

• Background in developing and delivering presentations

• Strong problem resolution skills and experience

• Familiarity with strategic planning techniques and industry trends

• Ability to interpret business and financial information

• Proficient negotiation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities

• Skilled in establishing working relationships across departments

• Ability to prepare presentations for senior management

• Capability to foster a team-oriented environment

• Strong organizational skills

• Experience successfully managing multiple complex projects

• Detail-oriented approach

• Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office products

• Experience in the health insurance or healthcare industry with a focus on Value Based Care

• Demonstrated strategic thinking and execution abilities

• Capacity to drive decisions, create options, and assess the impacts of those options

• Experience with SQL and coding

• Background in system validation/database management

• Understanding of medical billing and coding
