Senior Business Change Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development and implementation of specific change and communication measures aligned with the transformation roadmap.

• Active participation in international transformation projects by planning, preparing, and executing change activities.

• Design and execution of target group-specific communication and engagement formats, such as newsletters, communities, training sessions, and events.

• Support for employees and leaders throughout the change process.

• Close collaboration with business units, global functions, project teams, and IT to coordinate, prepare, and implement change initiatives.

• Conducting change impact analyses and change readiness assessments.

• Deriving and implementing targeted measures based on the findings.

• Collection, evaluation, and continuous development of relevant KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed degree or comparable vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, communications, psychology).

• Several years of professional experience in change management with a focus on the operational implementation of change initiatives.

• Good understanding of business processes.

• Ability to prepare complex content appropriately for different audiences and align change initiatives effectively with business objectives.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• High level of initiative and a hands-on mentality with a strong focus on implementation.

• Strong interest in innovative technologies and creative solutions.

• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is an advantage.
