This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, interviews, and process design sessions across various cross-functional business units.
• Create user stories, functional specification documents, process swim-lane diagrams, and UX wireframes tailored for both technical and executive audiences.
• Define solution architectures for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Establish requirements for Tableau, encompassing Tableau Pulse metric-driven analytics and integrated Slack conversational workflows.
• Assess custom versus declarative configurations in Salesforce Flow Builder to ensure system scalability.
• Collaborate with both onshore and offshore development and QA teams to validate technical deliverables against business logic.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing, including the creation of scripts, execution, and obtaining stakeholder sign-offs.
• Provide functional guidance and review support to junior Business Analysts.
• Assist in IT governance and release management strategies for seasonal Salesforce updates, along with operational support.
• Optimize GAF’s Lead-to-Cash process while shaping the strategy for Salesforce and Analytics platforms.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration (with an IT emphasis), or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of dedicated experience in Business Analysis.
• A minimum of 3 years actively managing projects within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven success with Lead-to-Cash implementations in enterprise manufacturing, durable goods, or supply chain settings.
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Slack App integration, and analytics powered by Tableau/Data Cloud.
• Strong understanding of security models, including OWDs, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets.
• Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST/SOAP APIs, and CI/CD tools such as AutoRABIT, Copado, or DevOps Center.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies utilizing Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Skilled in visual modeling with tools like Lucidchart or Miro.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Certified Administrator.
