Salesforce Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the GTM stack.

• Address deal desk inquiries, route opportunities, manage approvals, and handle access requests within Salesforce and associated tools.

• Identify root causes for recurring issues and implement sustainable solutions.

• Develop Flows, validation rules, automations, or AI-enhanced workflows.

• Lead small-to-medium GTM systems projects from initial intake through to launch.

• Collect requirements, design solutions, construct and test systems, document modifications, and promote user adoption.

• Ensure Salesforce remains the definitive source of truth by maintaining data hygiene, managing the data dictionary, executing cleanup projects, handling imports, establishing SOPs, and controlling systems.

• Oversee user provisioning and access management across GTM systems.

• Create and update SOPs, process maps, release notes, and onboarding materials.

• Collaborate daily with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

• Relevant hands-on experience will be considered.

• Proficient hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, permissions, and data imports.

• Experience in troubleshooting integration and synchronization issues across CPQ, Gong, Chili Piper, and sales engagement platforms.

• Familiarity with Workato, Zapier, or n8n, or a strong interest in integrating AI into GTM operations.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a systems analyst, sales operations, or GTM technology position.

• Ideally, experience in a B2B SaaS or rapidly growing tech environment.

• Candidates must reside outside the US, specifically in Pakistan, Egypt, or the Philippines.

• Availability to work from 9 am to 5 pm PST, Monday through Friday.
