This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide high-level analytical support throughout the commercial lifecycle for the technology services portfolio.
• Collect requirements, establish metrics, outline processes, and convert business needs into reporting solutions.
• Communicate performance trends, risks, and suggestions to senior leadership.
• Assess pricing, costs, margins, contract value, licensing, and deal profitability in collaboration with the deal desk.
• Examine end-to-end service performance to pinpoint handoff gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Create capacity models that align skills and labor supply with backlog, demand forecasts, and resource necessities.
• Generate reports on NRR, GRR, churn, logo retention, customer performance, and FinOps metrics.
• Integrate services, financial, and sales data to facilitate comprehensive analysis and informed business decisions.
• Anticipate bookings, backlog, revenue, and margin, while identifying risks that could affect revenue realization.
• Provide analytics for intricate opportunities, including security services and procurement-to-implementation projects.
• Formulate renewal and consumption models that yield actionable business insights.
• Design executive dashboards and automate reporting utilizing Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and other relevant tools.
• Enhance data quality, validation, forecasting accuracy, and reporting integrity within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, delivery, procurement, legal, and leadership on commercial and operational projects.
• Develop and maintain standardized metrics, models, and analytical frameworks.
• Link prospect and opportunity insights to delivery, renewal, and leadership decision-making.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in sales operations, financial analysis, business analytics, or a related field supporting sales, finance, or commercial decisions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, data analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven experience in establishing and reporting managed services or subscription metrics, including NRR, GRR, churn, logo retention, customer-level analysis, and FinOps.
• Proficient in analyzing complex cost-to-serve, revenue, margin, and scenario models.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including Power Query, VBA, or similar automation techniques.
• Capable of building repeatable dashboards and exception reports.
• High proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL and Power BI or Tableau.
• Solid experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or other enterprise CRMs, including data reviews, validation rules, cleansing, and forecast-integrity practices.
• Skilled at translating financial and sales data into clear recommendations and presentations for senior leadership.
