This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador, +4 more countries.
• Gather, assess, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observations.
• Convert business requirements into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Create current-state and future-state process maps utilizing BPMN, swimlane diagrams, and data flow maps.
• Detect system deficiencies, manual inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
• Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA engineers.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability from business objectives to technical delivery.
• Organize, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
• Develop business test scenarios, facilitate testing sessions, manage defect triage, and assist with platform stabilization.
• Assess dependencies among interconnected business systems.
• Specify functional integration requirements involving REST APIs, middleware, and cross-system data flows.
• Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, using Jira and Confluence.
• Produce knowledge-transfer documentation, decision logs, and training materials.
• Aid in user adoption and operational change management during platform rollouts.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven or enterprise settings.
• Advanced skills in requirements gathering, BRD creation, user story drafting, acceptance criteria formulation, and business process modeling (BPMN).
• Practical experience with major CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, or similar enterprise software.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and coordinate UAT execution, user feedback loops, and defect triage.
• Strong comprehension of system integrations, data movement, and API connectivity between platforms.
• Practical experience within Agile/Scrum frameworks using Jira and Confluence.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect non-technical business leaders and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Omni-Channel routing, case management workflows, object models, and declarative automation (Flows) is a plus.
• Experience in gathering requirements for AI features, prompt engineering concepts, and data governance rules is a plus.
• Background in customer service technology, contact center operations, or enterprise support platforms is an asset.
• Understanding of complex data migration, enterprise reporting/analytics, and integration patterns is beneficial.
• Willingness to overlap with North America business hours.
• All interviews, documentation, and daily communication will be conducted in English.
