This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Ensure the reliability of WWF’s CRM database.
• Manage all automated data processing for Fundraising Operations.
• Create, implement, and oversee file imports and layouts utilizing BrightVine Data Loader, SAS, and BBCRM.
• Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Formulate solutions and strategies to enhance operational efficiency while aligning with existing systems and integrations.
• Direct the complete lifecycle of special projects, software upgrades, and implementations within Fundraising Operations.
• Recognize and address project risks and challenges.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate changes in systems, processes, and configurations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for business processes related to change management and training.
• Investigate industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies concerning gift administration and process optimization.
• Spot opportunities for ongoing improvement, automation, and innovation.
• Work collaboratively across functions to meet revenue processing and gift administration objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role, ideally within the non-profit sector.
• Required experience with CRM databases and high-volume data processing.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in BBCRM and BrightVine Data Loader.
• Desired proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Proven ability to drive results and add value through process improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
• Dedication to fostering and enhancing a culture of inclusion.
