
Senior Business Analyst – Fundraising Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Paraguay.
• Manage all automated Fundraising Operations data processing.
• Design, implement, and oversee file imports and layouts utilizing BrightVine Data Loader, SAS, and BBCRM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements.
• Develop solutions and strategies to tackle business challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead the comprehensive lifecycle of special projects, software upgrades, and implementations.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and control projects within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify and address project risks and issues.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for end users and stakeholders.
• Communicate modifications to configurations, customizations, business processes, and software applications.
• Create and maintain documentation for business processes related to change management and training.
• Investigate industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to gift administration and process optimization.
• Recognize opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and innovation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable position.
• Experience with CRM databases and high-volume data processing is essential.
• Familiarity with BBCRM and BrightVine Data Loader is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, is highly desired.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach are required.
• Proven ability to drive results and deliver value through process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
