This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Assess, analyze, and evaluate business systems, processes, and user requirements to ensure technology solutions are aligned with business and mission goals.
• Establish system scope and objectives based on user demands, business systems, and industry standards.
• Examine intricate business and technical issues and propose procedures or modifications to systems.
• Collect, analyze, document, and manage business and user requirements alongside system requirement specifications.
• Create detailed descriptions of user needs, program functionalities, workflows, and application prerequisites.
• Assess the business implications of technology solutions within current and future operational contexts.
• Collaborate with Air Force-led organizations to improve and implement systems for capturing, accessing, and displaying logistics data.
• Facilitate the enhancement of requirements, operations, and maintenance for prototype applications, models, and databases.
• Identify solutions for system integration challenges, concepts, and requirements.
• Recognize logistics and FMxC2 process enhancements and recommend appropriate actions.
• Identify system modifications that support military and commercial logistics needs, including OEM assistance.
• Support FMxC2/MAF LOG C2, Global Reach, and LEAP system requirements.
• Manage FMxC2/G081 enhancements that facilitate air-to-ground communications and mission generation.
• Provide Tier 1 end-user support as necessary.
• Mentor and guide less-experienced Business Systems Analysts.
• Over 5 years of experience with FMxC2/G081 and its related modules and interfaces.
• Familiarity with GDSS, Global Reach, ETIMS, IETM, EMOC, and LEAP.
• Proven experience in analyzing business and user requirements and converting them into documented system specifications.
• Advanced technical-level experience in complex systems analysis.
• Skilled in identifying business process improvements and technology-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of system integration concepts, applications, databases, and operational necessities.
• Experience in Agile software development and training.
• Comprehensive understanding of Agile principles and values.
• Capability to work collaboratively with technical teams, end users, government stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
• Experience or familiarity with Remedy.
• Experience or knowledge of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira Service Management.
• Experience or knowledge of PL/SQL Developer.
• Experience or knowledge of CSCS DevOps tools and methodologies.
• Experience or knowledge of DI2E.
• Experience or knowledge of HP ALM.
• Experience or knowledge of Visual Studio and Git.
• Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience or knowledge of Cloud One AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience or knowledge of DISA environments.
• CompTIA Security+ certification preferred.
