📋 Description

• Drive initiatives aimed at mapping, redesigning, and enhancing corporate processes.

• Establish methodologies, standards, and best practices for effective process management.

• Discover opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence.

• Create strategic metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and perform ROI analyses.

• Convert business needs into requirements for systems, automation, and Artificial Intelligence solutions.

• Execute feasibility studies, proofs of concept (POCs), and improvement projects.

• Assist in process governance, risk management, and internal controls.

• Facilitate and lead audits, certifications, and uphold ISO standards.

• Generate executive analyses to support senior leadership.

• Act as a technical reference, guiding teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Manage more complex demands and projects, along with other responsibilities related to the role.
