Senior Business Analyst – Business Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Implement assigned business enhancement workstreams, managing deliverables autonomously while proactively identifying risks, obstacles, and inquiries.

• Collect, cleanse, organize, and analyze data from various sources; compute key metrics and convert findings into actionable business insights.

• Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders, document workflows, and develop clear process maps and written procedures that accurately represent how tasks are executed.

• Assist in formulating business cases by organizing assumptions, assessing operational and financial impacts, and deriving preliminary conclusions.

• Prepare polished, executive-ready presentations and ensure thorough documentation of methodologies, assumptions, decisions, and work progress.

• Support the initiatives of the Business Excellence team that involve operational enhancements, technology implementation, automation, and business transformation throughout the lending lifecycle.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders under the guidance of the Director of Business Excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, internal consulting, business transformation, operational excellence, or strategy and operations.

• Strong analytical and methodical problem-solving abilities, including experience dealing with incomplete or conflicting information.

• Proven capability to construct business cases, analyze processes, create process maps, and develop professional presentations with minimal rework.

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides; familiarity with process-mapping tools and a capacity to learn new business systems swiftly.

• Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English, excellent internal stakeholder-management skills, and availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

• Prior experience with a consulting firm or an internal transformation team is highly preferred.

• Experience in financial services, technology implementation, automation, or interconnected business systems is an advantage.
