Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Serve as the intermediary between customers and their data to create improved workflows from the beginning of a project to its completion.

• Interpret external files from clients in various data formats.

• Assist in ensuring that files are processed in the system utilizing multiple data applications to achieve workflow-standard output file formats.

• Validate converted files for accuracy and completeness.

• Work in partnership with Project Managers, Market Account Specialists, and customer support roles to fulfill or surpass customer expectations for graphics and designs.

• Organize conference calls and maintain regular communication with clients and vendors regarding process updates, project strategies, and changes in requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and relay client feedback.

• Suggest enhancements for products.

• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned within the scope of the position.

• 3-7 years of experience in business operations or systems development.

• Familiarity with competitors, industry trends, and the Company’s strategic positioning is advantageous.

• Open to new ideas and adaptable to change.

• Team-oriented mindset.

• High School Diploma is required.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
