Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital channels, ensuring the accuracy of data and visibility of results.

• Design studies, analyses, and reports to facilitate timely business decision-making.

• Take ownership of official reports, presenting metrics and interpreting data insights.

• Provide guidance and direction to the business team based on data and analyses.

• Formulate action plans and initiatives in collaboration with the business team.

• Facilitate strategic project governance meetings and agendas, ensuring stakeholder compliance.

• Conduct exploratory analyses of customer behavior and business hypotheses across web and application platforms.

• Leverage Digital Analytics to evaluate technical and behavioral pathways, aiming to enhance conversion rates.

• Streamline reporting and analyses through automation, minimizing manual tasks.

• Develop AI agents to oversee reporting routines.

• Enhance the digital marketing strategy with a focus on boosting conversion rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills: capability to independently extract and manipulate extensive data sets (BigQuery, Databricks).

• Expertise in visualization and dashboarding tools (Data Studio).

• Experience with GenAI language models (GPT-4, Gemini, Claude) for automating analyses, summarizing operational data, and speeding up script development.

• Proficient in Excel/Sheets.

• Strong theoretical and practical understanding of Digital Analytics and user behavior analysis, including journeys, retention, conversion, and cohorts.

• High proficiency in Amplitude or similar event-driven tools.

• Capability to execute intricate funnel analyses and ensure the consistency and classification of collected tags/events.
