Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to analyze, enhance, and automate company processes.

• Elicit, gather, and document requirements, converting them into functional specifications.

• Develop and maintain user stories, use cases, process flows, and activity diagrams.

• Evaluate the business impacts of technical decisions and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

• Shape the product roadmap and prioritize features in conjunction with teams and stakeholders.

• Provide guidance and clarify requirements for development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Assist quality assurance by reviewing test cases and supporting validation processes.

• Contribute to automation strategies and non-functional testing methodologies.

• Triage incoming requests, bugs, and opportunities for improvement.

• Resolve technical challenges and eliminate cross-functional blockers.

• Manage projects with clearly defined milestones and deliverables.

• Effectively communicate project progress and associated risks.

• Create documentation and training materials to facilitate end-user adoption of new functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

• Significant experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or a similar role.

• Proficient in gathering, documenting, and translating requirements into actionable deliverables.

• Experience collaborating closely with technical teams and understanding system-level implications.

• Solid grasp of integrations, APIs, and data flows.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Capacity to manage complex cross-functional dependencies.

• Practical experience in facilitating workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Experience in product ownership or product strategy is advantageous.

• Knowledge of process modeling techniques such as BPMN and UML.

• Ability to define KPIs and assess product or project impact is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.

• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CSPO are beneficial.

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate without sponsorship to one of the advertised locations.
