Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of weekly and monthly reporting regarding retention, renewal, expansion, cross-sell, account health, and capacity.

• Conduct proactive analyses that identify accounts at risk, renewal threats, and growth opportunities, and provide recommendations for next steps.

• Compile analysis and materials for monthly business reviews, quarterly evaluations, and executive meetings.

• Assist with forecasting, annual planning, and capacity planning.

• Address ad hoc analysis requests from Client Services leadership, Directors, and the Account Management team.

• Maintain accurate and reliable CRM data for reporting and forecasting purposes.

• Recognize manual and repetitive tasks, and streamline or automate them, including developing AI-assisted workflows using tools like Claude.

• Lead specific Client Services operations improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Client Services Enablement Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, economics, analytics, operations, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in business or client services operations, analytics, strategy, or management consulting.

• Background in consulting or advisory roles, with experience presenting to senior leadership.

• Proficient in forecasting, reporting, performance analysis, and financial modeling.

• Familiarity with SQL and experience using at least one BI tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).

• Experience working with CRM data (Pipedrive is advantageous).

• Practical experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and designing AI-assisted workflows.

• Capability to convert complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in English.
